🤯 £0 to £100k - Watch My Property Investing Journey So Far

Published over 1 year ago • 1 min read

👋 Hey friends

Interest rates are shooting up, I hope if you see any good deals in the hot market at the moment, that you jump in rather than hesitating, time literally is costing money at the moment.

For me, conveyancing is going slowly on the London flat, I made the mistake of choosing a factory style conveyancer, I never managed to speak to the same person twice in the company and their service is bloody awful. Rookie error.

Thankfully with the new personal home, we've got for WAY better solicitors and we had the mortgage offer accepted this week at 2.1% on a 5 year fix!

Anyway...

I wanted to share some exciting news... I've just released my free masterclass £0 to £100k - My Property Investing Journey.

🧠 FREE Masterclass - £0 to £100k

This is class I wish I had when I was starting out. Feel free to grab a coffee ☕️ and find yourself a spare 60 minutes to watch through this as I'm sure you'll learn tonnes from my journey so far.

I was afraid of getting started, felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin.

This is a free 60 minute presentation walking through how I built up my property business, looking at company goals, strategy and generally my journey on finding the right area, taking the dive into the first project, managing the refurbishment as well as a look into all the figures on the first project.

The best bit is that there's no hard up-sell at the end! It's genuinely just my journey over the past year summed up in 60 minutes with tonnes of insight.

This is perfect if you're struggling with:

  • 🙋‍♂️ Finding the right area to invest
  • 🤑 Wondering how much money you need to get started
  • 🚀 Not clear on your property business goals
  • 👨‍💻 How to scale and systemise a business using tech & software

All you need to do is create a quick account in 30 seconds, all completely free then you'll have access to the masterclass. Watch it in your own time and let me know if you have any questions!

Hey friends, It's been a few months. I don't tend to spam your inbox with lots of these emails for those who have been subscribed for a long time to my updates. As usual, if this newsletter isn't for you - there's a link at the bottom to remove yourself from the list. What's going on in the property market? My latest YouTube video explores the latest figures and provides a balanced view of what's happening in the property market. Rishi is celebrating halved inflation, which doesn't mean...

👋 Hey Reader It's been a busy few months, so I've been a little quiet on emails. We finally moved into the big renovation project outside of London after a stressful 8 month conveyancing process and the house almost falling through (classic). Planning permission has been submitted and we're starting to rip out the house, however living in a project that you're doing up is always tricky with logistics! After we bought the house, a house 4 doors down the road sold for £1.5m in cash to a famous...

👋 Hey friends Premier Property Lawyers are still being the biggest pain in the bum in our property sale. My buyers mortgage expires in 3 weeks and they keep raising endless menial enquiries at the last minute that keeps holding us back. I repeat my advice from the last newsletter - never ever use any of the conveyancing brands under the Simplify group. They're awful. In other news - the property market has took an incredible flip over the past few weeks, we really did not expect interest...
